Tips: Maintenance of the ATC spindle

Clean the dust in the environment near the work area.
Regular accessories clean the front chuck of the spindle.
The side sealing air pressure of the automatic tool change spindle and the top tool change air pressure should maintain the three-stage filtering effect, and the side sealing air pressure must be open.
The tool change air pressure at the top of the automatic tool change spindle is turned on to a certain value, and the self-cleaning function of the spindle can be turned on.

Works Very Well

Very nice 4kW ATC spindle. It's water-cooled, quiet, and runs at high revs. Cutting into the material is actually louder than the spindle itself. Very happy with the partnered VFD, it runs very smoothly.
