Tips: What is Head of Pump?

The head of the pump refers to the height at which the pump can lift water. It is usually expressed as H, and the unit is m. The head of the centrifugal pump is based on the center line of the impeller, which is composed of two parts. From the center line of the pump impeller to the vertical height of the water surface, that is, the water pump can suck up the height, called suction head. From the center line of the pump impeller to the vertical height of the water surface of the pool, that is, the water pump can pressure up the height, called pressure water head.
