Tips: What are the components of harmonic drive?

Rigid wheel: rigid internal gear, generally 2 teeth more than the flexible wheel, generally fixed on the housing.

Precautions for installing a harmonic drive gearbox

When the harmonic drive gearbox is in use, if the output end is horizontally downward, the lubricating grease injected into the inner wall space of the flexspline must exceed the meshing tooth surface.
The installation plane of the rigid wheel and the rigid wheel connection and the installation plane of the flexible wheel and the flexible wheel need to be statically sealed to ensure that the grease will not leak during the use of the harmonic drive gearbox and avoid the reducer from working with little or no oil Time damage.
During the installation process, please do not knock the parts of the harmonic drive gearbox with hard objects, or apply strong pressure to avoid damage to the parts.

great harmonic drive gearbox

I just started using the 62 mm strain wave harmonic drive gearbox in my robotics setup. It delivers incredible precision and high torque in such a compact size. The hollow structure makes cable routing super easy. I got it at a factory price, which is a great deal for this quality.
