    Automatic screw feeder machine mainly includes a air-blowing type screw feeding device and a handheld electric screwdriver. It can be used for locking screws in workpiece with 100mm depth hole. The working pressure, screwdriver torque and motor speed are all adjustable.

    I would like to know the rpm of the 3 gears.

    The air screwdriver parameters of the screw machine are as follows:
    Applicable screw size: 4-5mm
    No-load speed: 9000rpm
    Maximum torque: 50Nm
    Maximum gas consumption: 0.25m³/min
    Working pressure: 0.65Mpa.
    We recommend using 8mm inner diameter air tubing.
    The air screwdriver indirectly adjusts the speed and torque by adjusting the air intake.
    Whether this require a custom tip for the screwdriver to work w/FG34 screw?
    Would this set-up require a custom tip for the screwdriver to work w/FG34 screw?
    Is there any way this could be trialed? This type of equipment is new to our business and will take management buy-in in order to fly.

    This gear setting is for the adjustment of the intake air volume.
    The larger the air intake, the faster the speed and the greater the torque, but the speed and torque cannot be adjusted accurately.

    What's just as important to me as the screw feeder is the actual driver. Could you send me the specs/info on the driver you recommend?

    The only difference is that the electric screwdriver on the website is replaced with an air screwdriver. There are three gears to adjust the torque. The largest gear can meet the torque of 5N. Other data specifications are the same.
    Good automatic screw feeder machine
    The automatic screw feeder machine works as expected. A real time saver. It's a good value given the price point.

    For holding the stainless steel screws, our electric screwdriver will clamp the screw cap only, revealing the screw tail, so it works normally with no problem at all.
