    Trying to find current documentation for GK3000

    Hello,
      I'm setting up a GK3000-2S0022G that is driving an irrigation pump with a 4-20mA pressure transducer feedback.  I've got two issues thus far with the setup.
    First I cannot find a pdf manual that matches the features of my vfd, specifically parameter P0.01 option 10. This parameter is show in the ato.com you tube channel video "VFD Programming for Stable Water Pressure in Water Supply System", my vfd has the option and I cannot locate a pdf that specifies past 9.  The video "VFD constant pressure water supply system wiring & test" uses an older vfd than I have and parameters that aren't present, but operation like I'm after(throttle pump to achieve desired pressure".  It's not clear which mode to use and where to put/set my various pressures(transducer min and max, desired output pressure).
      Second I'm trying to turn the vfd on with a 24 volt output of an irrigation plc.  All the controls examples I've seen are using contact closure buttons from X# channels to ground. Do I need to invert the logic with a contact closing switch?  Or is there input setup where when 24 volts is present on a terminal the vfd will run to a pressure and sleep when the terminal is low (0v, pull down resistor if needed)?

    Thank you

    Ryan, sorry for replying so late and thank you for your prompt feedback.

    1. Yes, the website corresponds to the manual, and P0.01 option 10 does not indicate "constant pressure water supply parameter setting." Everything else is the same. You can also refer to the YouTube video. If you have any questions during the debugging process, please feel free to contact us.
    Regarding parameter P0.01 option 10 and constant pressure water supply settings, the following parameter groups must be used in conjunction with these settings:
    A. Pressure Setting: Directly set the target pressure via P6.30 (set pressure); P6.31 and P6.32 set the upper and lower pressure limits, respectively (to prevent exceeding the system's allowable range).
    B. Sensor Signal Matching: A 4-20mA pressure sensor must be connected to the CI terminal. Select the current input mode using jumper CI (select I on jumper J8). Set the current signal to the pressure range using P3.21-P3.24 (e.g., 4mA for minimum pressure, 20mA for maximum pressure).
    C. Sleep and wake-up settings: Through P6.35 (wake-up pressure), P6.37 (sleep pressure) and the corresponding duration parameters (P6.36, P6.38), the system can sleep when the pressure is stable and wake up when the pressure fluctuates, adapting to different flow requirements.

    2. Use the PLC's 24V output to control the inverter start and stop
    A. Terminal function definition: Connect the PLC's 24V output to any digital input terminal (such as X1), and set the X1 function to "Forward run (Function 1)" in P3.00.
    B. Logic setting: In P3.41 (X terminal effective mode selection 1), set the effective mode of the corresponding terminal (such as X1) to "High level active (0)". That is, when the 24V signal is input, the terminal is active, the inverter starts and runs at the set pressure; when the signal disappears, the inverter stops or enters sleep. C. Sleep Linkage: If you want the system to automatically enter sleep mode after the signal disappears, you can combine it with the sleep parameters in group P6 to ensure low-power operation when the pressure is stable.

    For constant-pressure water supply, please refer to the complete program instructions.
    Required Parameter Settings:
    1. Basic VFD Parameter Settings:
    P0.00 = 0
    P0.02 = Motor Rated Frequency
    P0.03 = 0 (Select the run command channel as panel operation)
    P0.04 = 0
    P0.05 = Motor Rated Frequency
    P0.06 = Motor Rated Frequency
    P0.07 = 0.00
    P0.12 = 5 (Acceleration Time 5s)
    P0.13 = 5 (Deceleration Time 5s)

    2. Motor Parameter Group Settings:
    P8.00 = 0 (Select the motor type as a standard asynchronous motor) )
    P8.01 = Motor rated power - Set according to the motor nameplate
    P8.02 = Motor rated voltage - Set according to the motor nameplate
    P8.03 = Motor rated current - Set according to the motor nameplate
    P8.04 = Motor rated frequency - Set according to the motor nameplate
    P8.05 = Motor rated speed - Set according to the motor nameplate

    3. Constant pressure water supply parameter settings:
    P0.01 = 10
    P6.02 = 9
    P6.30 = Target pressure
    Note: VFD inputs can only be entered in MPa.
    P6.35 = Wake-up pressure, starts the motor
    P6.37 = Sleep pressure, stops the motor
    P6.41 = 00
