With an input impedance of 350 ± 20Ω and output impedance of 350 ± 5Ω. Load cell supports safe overloads up to 150% F.S. and ultimate overloads up to 300% F.S. The recommended excitation voltage is 5-15V, and the pin type load cell comes with a φ5×3m cable and a cable tension strength of 98N. It's hollow shaft structure is compact and robust.

    After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

    Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

    Tips: What is a Pin Load Cell, and how is it used in cranes?

    A pin load cell is a highly specialized device used to measure the load or force applied in lifting systems. It replaces the standard load-bearing pin in cranes and other hoisting equipment. By integrating strain gauges into its structure, the pin load cell detects deformations caused by the applied load and converts these into electrical signals.     We recently installed this pin load cell when renovating the lifting system in the factory. During use, the load data is refreshed quickly and the delay is very low. We can see the load changes when lifting steel plates and equipment, and the weighing error is small.
