    Working Principle

    The XY-6/60 Pressure Gauge Calibrator consists of a hand pump, an oil cup, and two check valves, which are interconnected by connecting pipes and fixed onto a base. The valves are equipped with M20×1.5 locking nuts on both ends for connecting the standard pressure gauge and the pressure gauge to be tested. By closing the oil cup valve and rotating the handwheel to move the piston, the generated pressure (or vacuum) is transmitted to both pressure gauges. The gauge under test is then calibrated based on the readings of the standard pressure gauge. 

    Installation & Use

    • Place the calibration gauge pressure on a stable, horizontal workbench with a rubber mat to prevent vibration.
    • Ensure the ambient temperature is between 20±10°C with relative humidity ≤80%.
    • Before use, clean all parts with gasoline, fill the oil cup with the specified working liquid, and check for smooth oil flow by rotating the handwheel.

    Storage & Care

    • Store indoors in an environment with temperatures between +5°C to +35°C and humidity ≤80%.
    • Avoid exposure to corrosive substances.
    • Upon receipt, inspect pressure meter calibration packaging and contents for damage or missing items (e.g., manual, certificate).
