    Tips: Why does the 5 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump wear out?

    5 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump shell wear is mainly due to the wear of the floating shaft sleeve hole. The normal clearance between gear shaft and shaft sleeve is 0.09~0.175mm, and the maximum should not exceed 0.20mm. When the gear is working, under the action of pressure oil, the tip of gear is close to the hydraulic pump housing, which wears the low pressure cavity part of pump body. The other type of wear is the wear of the working surface in the housing in a circle. This wear is mainly due to the dirty oil added, so hydraulic oil without impurities must be added.
