Customers provide detailed specifications such as use medium, use environment (temperature), use pressure, working speed, etc. ATO can professionally customize hydraulic gear pumps for various fluid media (excluding solid particles and flocs).
Confirm the structure: single pump, tandem pump, triple pump and the position of the oil inlet and outlet (side, bottom, front), special oil inlet direction needs to be customized.
Rotation direction: viewed from the shaft end of the hydraulic gear pump, clockwise rotation is right rotation, and counterclockwise rotation is left rotation. The matching motor should rotate in the opposite direction to the pump. Installation in the wrong rotation direction will directly cause damage to the hydraulic gear pump.

I would like to inquire about your gear pump, product number: ATO-HGPP-23467. We need a pump to pressurize a water/ethanol mixture at a flow rate of approximately 1 gallon/minute (gpm) and a pressure of 2000 psi. What seals/materials are used internally in your pump? Is this pump suitable for our application? We need to significantly reduce the pressure from the rated 3000 psi to 2000 psi.
