1. Confirm the use medium, use environment (temperature), use pressure, and working speed.
   The working medium of ATO hydraulic gear pump is 32#, 46#, 68# hydraulic oil. Customers provide detailed specifications such as use medium, use environment (temperature), use pressure, working speed, etc. ATO can professionally customize hydraulic gear pumps for various fluid media (excluding solid particles and flocs).
2. Confirm the structure: single pump, tandem pump, triple pump and the position of the oil inlet and outlet (side, bottom, front), special oil inlet direction needs to be customized.
3. Rotation direction: viewed from the shaft end of the hydraulic gear pump, clockwise rotation is right rotation, and counterclockwise rotation is left rotation. The matching motor should rotate in the opposite direction to the pump. Installation in the wrong rotation direction will directly cause damage to the hydraulic gear pump.
4. Confirm the displacement: displacement determines the working speed of system. The motor power can be determined by comprehensive calculation of displacement and pressure value. This can be calculated directly by formula.
5. Confirm the installation method and shaft extension: the outer diameter of flange of the installation spigot (metric and inch, etc.).
