Tips: Power supply of magnetostrictive sensor
As for power supply of the sensor, in case of power undercapacity of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor, following situation will be caused: Due to the movement of glue-smelting, the display transformation of the clamping sensor will be caused. Meanwhile, due to the movement of clamping, display fluctuation of sensor for injection will be caused, and measuring error will be large. However, such situation will more easily emerge if the driving power of magnetic valve and supply power of magnetostrictive sensor is commonly used.

The long-standing problem was solved, and the material level control of this injection molding machine was finally stable.

The original material level gauge on our old injection molding machine was constantly giving false alarms. Either it wouldn't stop when it was low on material, or it would continue adding material even when it was full, resulting in significant waste. After replacing it with this 150mm Magnetostrictive Level Sensor, the most noticeable improvement was its accuracy and stability. The level sensor provides very timely feedback, displaying the data exactly where the float moves, with high repeatability. Now, when producing transparent materials, we no longer have to worry about air incorporation due to inaccurate material levels. The 150mm size is also perfectly sized, not taking up much space. The only drawback is that it's a bit more expensive than standard, but considering the savings in raw materials and reduced downtime, it's a worthwhile investment.
