Magnetostrictive displacement sensor with measuring range 100mm has a aluminum alloy rail. Its electronic head parts are all built into aluminum alloy shell. Magnetostrictive displacement sensors are widely used in all kinds of CNC machinery that always working in large vibration.Specification:
Dimensional drawing:Installation diagram:Tips: What are the temperature coefficient, hysteresis and warm-up period of magnetostrictive sensor?Temperature coefficient: The variation of output value of sensor along with the increase in environment temperature by 1℃ when the detected target location is not changed. The unit of temperature coefficient is ppm/℃.Hysteresis: The difference value between the two times’ measured output value when the magnet ring passes through one location reversely after reaching and surpassing it along the direction of measurement. However, the actual hysteresis of magnetostrictive displacement sensor is very small and can be neglected in most applications.Warm-up period: The time, from sensor is powered on to output value becomes stable.
