    Tips: Troubleshooting switching power supply

    1. There is voltage output, but the voltage remains too high.
      This malfunction is mainly caused by regulated sampling circuit and regulated control circuit. DC output, sampling resistance, error sampling amplifier (such as TL431), opt coupler, and control circuit of power supply form up a closed control circuit. Any problem at the circuit will lead to over tension of the output voltage.
    2. Poor load capacity
      Poor load capacity is a common malfunction. It is often seen at traditional power supplies or those which work for long hours. It is caused by aging components, unstable switch tube, or poor cooling condition. Users shall check and confirm the status of regulated diode, rectifier diode and HV smoothing capacitor etc.
