Electric actuated butterfly valve is mainly composed of valve body, sleeve, valve disc, valve stem and other parts. There are orifices on the sleeve and the valve disc, and the flow and flow can be adjusted through the valve disc on the valve seat. Equipped with electric angle travel actuator, it can be realized and controlled automatically. Electric butterfly valves are widely used to regulate the flow of water supply pipelines and oil pipelines.
The internal heat generated by the motor operation of the electric butterfly valve will provide thermal protection and stop the operation of the electric butterfly valve; since the motor can only output torque after multi-stage deceleration, the operation speed is not very fast, and it is not suitable for some fast switching. The contradiction between high torque and high speed is difficult to resolve.
