Thread (Please contact customer service if you need flange/chuck connection.) |
Note:
- The pressure of the fluid entering the flowmeter is at least twice the pressure loss for liquids and must be more than 5 times the pressure loss for gases.
- The accuracy class is 2.5, if you need 1.5, need additional notes.
- If the required range is not in the table, please inquire. Some ranges can be customized.
- For other liquids (e.g. alcohol, ammonia, etc.) or other gases (odor, ammonia, etc.), please select the corresponding range by converting according to the corresponding density.
Feature

- Accurate Calibration: Glass tube rotameter has direct reading scale, clear graduations, and factory-calibrated for precise measurement.
- Attractive Appearance: Smooth finish with refined coating, hex nut design for easy installation, and burr-free surface.
- Material Options: Standard carbon steel connectors included; optional 304 stainless steel connectors available.
- Clear Scale Display: Marked scale is easy to read and ensures accurate flow readings at a glance.

Application
Widely used in chemical industry, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, environmental protection and metrology testing, scientific research and other departments to measure the flow of single-phase non-pulsating fluids (liquids or gases).
Tips: What is a glass tube rotameter and how does it work?
A glass tube rotameter is a type of variable area flow meter that measures the flow rate of liquids or gases. It works by allowing the fluid to pass through a vertical tapered glass tube, where a float rises or falls depending on the flow rate. The position of the float corresponds to a calibrated scale on the tube, providing a direct visual reading.
