Application

Tips: Natural gas flow meter installation precautions
When installing and using in outdoor, there should be a cover to avoid sun exposure and rain erosion, which will affect the service life of the meter.
Pipeline pressure test, should pay attention to the intelligent flowmeter configured pressure sensor pressure measurement range, in order to avoid overpressure damage to the pressure sensor.
Attention should be paid to the impact of the installation stress, the installation of the flow meter upstream and downstream pipeline should be coaxial, otherwise it will produce shear stress.
Installation of the gas flow meter location should consider the thickness of the sealing gasket, or in the downstream side of the installation of an elastic expansion joint.
Welding slag and other debris in the pipeline should be removed before installing the flowmeter.
When put into operation, should slowly open the gas flow measurement devices upstream and downstream valves, so as not to instantaneous gas flow is too rapid and wash out the starter.
When the flow meter needs to have a signal transmission, should be strictly in accordance with the “electrical performance indicators” requirements to access the external power supply (8 ~ 24) VDC, is strictly prohibited in the signal output, “port” direct access to 220VAC or 380VAC power supply.
Users are not allowed to change the wiring of the explosion-proof system and unscrew each output lead connector arbitrarily. When the flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the back cover to change the parameters of the meter, otherwise it will affect the normal work of the flowmeter.
Regularly check the leakage of the gas flow meter flange.
