Adjustment Instructions

Use the wedge on the mounting bracket to set the tilt angle. Carefully adjust the angles on both sides to be the same (the angle can be read from the scale), otherwise the sensor inside the housing will be tilted, the same method applies to two or more groups.

Use the adjustment wheel to adjust the scanning range. Set the scanning range to approximately 25 cm above the ground.

Tips: How to Maintain Muting Door Light Curtain?

• Regular cleaning: Wipe the surface of the safety light curtain with a dry cloth every week (avoid using a wet cloth or cleaning agent) to remove dust and oil stains, preventing the blocking of the infrared light path from affecting detection.
• Avoid sharp objects: The aluminum/ABS shell, if damaged by a hard object impact, must be replaced in a timely manner to prevent the failure of dustproof and moistureproof (IP52) capabilities.
• Check wiring: Check monthly whether the power supply/signal wiring is loose to avoid equipment failure caused by voltage fluctuations or poor contact.
• Avoid inappropriate environments: Do not install the door light curtain in areas with direct strong light, high temperature/high humidity (beyond the IP52 adaptation range) to reduce environmental damage to components.
• Function test: Test the detection response quarterly, quickly pass an obstruction through the detection area to confirm whether the door body responds in a timely manner (response delay requires troubleshooting).
