5 Tips for Using Elevator Light Curtain

1. Install in strict accordance with the instruction manual. Ensure that the position tolerance is within the range of ±15mm/7° (up and down) and ±3mm/5° (front and back), and avoid blocking the infrared tube or light beam.

2. Do not use it in a temperature environment beyond -20℃ to 65℃, and avoid direct exposure to strong light. Although the elevator light curtain is resistant to 100000Lux interference, long-term strong light may still affect its service life.

3. Clean the surface of the infrared tube regularly to avoid blocking by oil stains and dust. Do not knock or pull the light curtain line to prevent damage to the seamless splicing structure.

4. If the buzzer alarms continuously, first check if the light curtain is blocked; if the fault recurs, do not disassemble it by yourself, and contact professional personnel for maintenance.

5. Do not rely on safety light curtain to replace the mechanical protection of the elevator door. Stop using the equipment immediately and report for repair when it malfunctions.
