Pressure transducer with classic 2088 type head can be used in humid or harsh environment for a long time. Pressure transducer has optional measuring range -0.1~60MPa/ -1~600bar/ -14~8702psi, medium temperature -40~+60℃ (-40~+140℉), special for air/water/oil pressure measurement. The internal ASICs convert the mV signal into a standard current (4-20mA/0-20mA), voltage (0-5V/1-5V/0-10V) or RS485 signal.

Tips: Why the pressure transducer output signal is smaller than 4mA?
When the differential pressure transducer and orifice plate cooperate to measure flow rate, blockage or severe leakage of high pressure connecting pipe in differential pressure transducer makes the pressure in negative pressure chamber higher than that of positive pressure chamber, the output current of pressure transducer is smaller than 4mA. The output of the differential pressure transducer can return normal through the drainage, dredging the connecting pies or sealing the leakage points. Reverse connection of the differential pressure transducer's high pressure and low pressure connecting pipes will make the output current smaller than 4mA, and smart pressure transducer can solve this problem only by selecting reverse output in parameter configuration.

How to set the vfd?
Hello, I purchased this pressure sensor from you. https://www.ato.com/pressure-transducer-for-air-water-oil. What settings would I need to configure on your 5hp VFD - GK3000-2S0037 to maintain 65-75 PSI?

The pressure unit of our VFD is MPa, so you need to convert PSI pressure into MPa, 65-75 PSI is approximately equal to 0.5-0.52MPa. Please refer to the attached document and demonstration video to set the pressure parameters of constant pressure water supply (P7.05, P7.19, P7.20, P7.27).

I want to ask you a question about the pressure sensor
I want to ask you can I connect the pressure sensor output RS485 directly with pc by used cable RS485 converter, also can I connect 4 sensors to the computer at the same time?

Yes. First, all four sensors and PC (such as touch screens) must support RS485 communication protocol.

We bought a lot of pressure transducers from different companies and compared them. We finally confirmed that ATO pressure transducer is the best. After the test, all its parameters are the best for measuring air/water/oil pressure. And then it is perfect in workmanship.
