Tips: RC servo motor working principle

The working principle of the micro radio control servo motor is that the control circuit receives the control signal from the signal source and drives the motor to rotate. The gear set multiplies and reduces the speed of the motor, and enlarges the output torque of the motor by the response multiple, and then outputs. The potentiometer and the final stage of the gear set rotate together to measure the rotation angle of the steering gear shaft. The circuit board detects and judges the rotation angle of the steering gear according to the potentiometer, and then controls the radio control servo motor to rotate to the target angle or keep it at the target angle. Its working process is: control signal → control circuit board → motor rotation → gear set deceleration → steering wheel rotation → position feedback potentiometer → control circuit board feedback.
