Regarding the reduction ratio

I selected a 1/5.2 reduction ratio for the ATO-BDM-4000R36 model. From my observation, the shaft output speed is 769.2 rpm. Is this output speed correctly corresponding to this reduction ratio? I am looking for a geared motor with a shaft output speed of 3000 rpm, a voltage of 12V, and a reduction ratio of at least 8:1. Do you have any motor recommendations?
