5 Tips for Use Capsule Pressure Gauge
1. Please check before use whether there is a qualification mark and whether it has exceeded the validity period. If it is expired, it needs to be re-inspected before use.
2. Install low pressure capsule gauge vertically.
3. When the pressure meter measures a stable load, the reasonable use range does not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit. When measuring fluctuating pressure, it does not exceed 2/3 of the upper measurement limit. As for the minimum pressure, in both cases, it should not be lower than 1/3 of the upper measurement limit.
4. When measuring media that may crystallize and media with high viscosity, an isolation device should be added.
5. Before use, diaphragm type pressure gauge should carefully verify the degree of corrosion of the stainless steel/iron spring tube caused by the measured medium to avoid early corrosion and rupture of the spring tube.
