Note: The hydraulic punching machine needs to be used with a pump. (Hydraulic hand pump ATO-CP-180, ATO-CP-700 or hydraulic electric pump ATO-HHB-700A is recommended).

Tips: How to maintain hydraulic punch machine?

1. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to observe whether the levelness of each part of the machine is intact and whether the electrical contacts are intact. Before working, observe whether the punching machine is lubricated, start the machine operation, if there is no bad phenomenon, it can work.
2. Do not overload, and rebuild hardened steel is strictly prohibited. Staff should wear protective gear and gloves, sandals and slippers are strictly prohibited.
3. The drilling machine needs to be refueled regularly, and it is strictly forbidden to skew. Pay attention to the work of protecting fingers during work. When the plate is rushed to the final pressure on the plate, it is forbidden to use scissors to cut. In the process of disassembling the machine, it is forbidden to knock on the parts.
4. Stacking of large quantities of other items in the work area is prohibited and must be parked while cleaning. After the work is over, the power should be turned off and the site should be cleaned up. Strictly control the size of punched paper, beyond the range of forbidden punching.
