This series of pressure sensors use a high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure core as core element. The internal ASICs convert the mV signal into a standard current (4-20mA/0-20mA), voltage (0-5V/1-5V/0-10V) or RS485 signal. Pressure sensor with stainless steel sealing structure has small size, light weight, high anti-vibration and anti-shock performance, measuring range -0.1~100MPa/ -1~1000bar/ -14~14503psi, medium temperature -40~+60℃ (-40~+140℉), for air/water/oil pressure measurement.

Therefore, to make the pressure sensor have good stability, the sensor must have strong adaptability to the environment.
Before selecting a pressure sensor, it is necessary to investigate its use environment, and select the appropriate sensor according to the specific use environment, or take appropriate measures to reduce the impact of the environment.
The stability of pressure sensor has a quantitative index, and it should be calibrated again before use to determine whether the performance of pressure sensor has changed.
In some situations where pressure sensors can be used for a long time and cannot be easily replaced or calibrated, the selected pressure sensor requires more stringent stability and should be able to stand the test for a long time.

Could you provide a image of pressure sensor wiring?
Thank you for the quick response.
I would assume that the pressure in this tube never would even reach close to 100 kPa/1 bar. And if it does, we'll order another one with a greater range. I think I will start with this just to obtain some values.
Are the wiring colors straightforward for the RS 485 version? Could you provide an image that shows an RS485 version of the wires coming out of the sensor?
Apart from that, do you have an average life expectancy number for these sensors?

1. Yes, the wiring of the RS 485 version is lead wire by default, and the default length of the lead wire is 2 meters.
Please refer to the attached picture for the color of the RS485 cable.
2. The service life of the sensor is related to the working conditions and the environment, and normal use is generally about 3 years.
Please give some advice of pressure sensor
We have a case where we want to discover whether industrial feeding pipes are congested. The pipes are bendable 75mm pipes where food/feed particles are sent.
We are looking for a pressure sensor to determine a rise in pressure because of particle congestion.

If you use a pressure sensor to determine whether an industrial feed pipe is clogged, it is equivalent to measuring the air pressure inside the pipe. You need to define how high the pressure is when the pressure rises to determine that the pipe is blocked.
After confirming the measuring pressure range and installation method of the pressure sensor, you can purchase a pressure sensor for testing.
