    4-passage rotary joint, pneumatic/electrical slip ring can be used in compressed air, steam, vacuum, negative pressure, positive pressure, cooling water, hot oil and other fluid medium. Transmission circuits 12/24/36/56 wires 2A electrical signal or 12/24 circuits 5A electrical signal for selection. Thread port is G1/8" for 6~8mm pipes. Other combinations of circuits and transmission current can be customized.

    The 4-passage rotary joint also well known as rotary union slip ring. 4 passages with 4 inlet and 4 outlet to make flow of the same or different fluid medium into or out of the rotating equipment. In addition to the standard model, the combination of gas, electricity, liquid and the number of passages are customizable.

    Tips: Rotary joint slip ring working principle.

    Rotary joints typically include a fixture, also referred to as a housing. The housing has an inlet for receiving the fluid medium. The non-rotating seal is mounted in the joint housing. The rotor (ie, the rotating piece) includes a rotary seal and an outlet for delivering fluid to the rotating assembly. In a rotary joint, the sealing surface of the non- rotating seal is typically biased by a spring, medium pressure or other means, then form a sealed connection with the fluid on the sealing surface of the rotating seal. The seal allows the fluid medium to be transported through the rotary joint without significant leakage between the non-rotating portion and the rotating portion.

    Sorry, we only have the rotary joint with G1/8" port size (ATO-3002006-24S, ATO-3002006-2405), 2-passage rotary Air & 24-wire 2A connection or 24-wire 5A connection. See
    Do you have any other ring connection types/sizes?
    The ID of my tubing is 3/16". Do you have any other connection types/sizes?

    In model number ATO-RTJT-3004, stainless steel material can be customized. But we also need to confirm the following specifications:
    1. You need to indicate the required Number of Signal Wires.
    2. Connection types/sizes are available: G1/8, G1/4, G3/8".
    Which connection size do you want to choose?
    And what is the pressure of the oil pipe?
    Can you provide a budgetary estimate of slip ring?
    I'm looking for a slip ring/rotary union similar to this product customized to have additional lines in it.
    The unit would need a total of:
    Power - 6 lines (10A)
    Data - 36 lines (2A)
    RS232 and ethernet communication
    4 Pneumatic lines
    If this product can be configured for this, can you provide a budgetary estimate?

    We can provide customization, but we also need to confirm the following information:
    1. Is the quantity of RS232 and ethernet communication one set each?
    2. The RS232 communication cable is two-core +1 shielded, so is the Ethernet communication a Gigabit or a 100M cable?
    Please tell us what are the specific specifications of the communication cable.
    Working temperature
    Can the pneumatic rotary joint withstand 70°C? I'm building housing to insulate the unit, wondering if I need to replace the joints on the hot side. Is it waterproof?
