Factory price digital tuning fork density meter is mainly composed of a transmitter, a vibrating fork body and a temperature measuring element, which can be used for measuring the density oil.
Tips: Tuning fork density meter working principle
The tuning fork density meter is an integrated structure, which is mainly composed of a transmitter, a vibrating fork body and a temperature measuring element. The tuning fork body vibrates at the natural frequency driven by the piezoelectric crystal, and the vibration frequency is detected by the piezoelectric crystal located at the end of the other fork body. When the liquid flows through the fork body, the natural vibration frequency of the fork body will change with the change of the surrounding liquid density, and the vibration period (reciprocal frequency) of the fork body has a specific functional relationship with the liquid density. By detecting the change of the vibration frequency, the density of the current liquid can be calculated.
The mechanical properties and elasticity of the metal fork body change with temperature, which will cause the vibration frequency of the mechanical parts of the tuning fork to change. The temperature detection element integrated on the fork body compensates for the influence of temperature changes.
