The digital fluid pressure control switch integrates pressure sensing, display, and control with a silicon piezoresistive sensor and digital processing, providing stable measurement, dual switch outputs, and a 4–20 mA signal for dependable system control.
In systems with pulsation, hammering, or sudden pressure surges, it is recommended to install a pressure snubber, damping orifice, or throttle restrictor at the sensor of the pressure switch’s inlet. These components suppress instantaneous spikes, stabilize the pressure waveform, and significantly reduce impact on the sensing diaphragm. For severe hydraulic shock, a buffered tee joint or capillary tube can also be used to enhance protection.
