We are interested in the ATO-GS-O2-D1000 high-pressure oxygen sensor. Could you please provide the following information?
1. Pressure and Differential Pressure: Is the ATO-GS-O2-D1000 suitable for continuous operation under conditions where the absolute pressure on the sensing side is approximately 2.0 bar and the other side is atmospheric pressure? What is the maximum differential pressure that the sensor body and its sealed interface can withstand?
2. Gas Compatibility: Is this sensor suitable for continuous exposure to a gas mixture containing approximately 85% oxygen and carbon dioxide? Are there any limitations regarding carbon dioxide concentration or long-term exposure?

1. Our ATO-GS-O2-D1000 high-pressure oxygen sensor has a maximum operating pressure of 0.8~7 bar. If your application system's operating pressure is within this range, the sensor will operate normally.
2. Long-term exposure to a gas mixture containing approximately 85% oxygen and carbon dioxide will have a certain impact on the sensor's lifespan, shortening its service life.

Looking for an Oxygen sensor

I'm looking for a more suitable oxygen sensor that measures oxygen levels from approximately 20% to 90%, with a flow rate up to about 30 liters per minute, and is not very sensitive to pressure fluctuations or is completely insensitive. Do you have experience in this area? Or could you recommend a sensor more suitable for this application?

Operating Pressure Range
