    700mm Arm Length, 2kg Load 4 Axis SCARA Robot provides high performance with 5kg heavy payloads while maintaining a reasonable price. It supports single phase 220V power supply, can be adapted various environment and has been improved to achieve higher speeds and reduced cycle times.

    Tips:

    In order to ensure the efficient operation of the SCARA robot and the safety of the operator, please maintain the robot arm as described below. Maintenance personnel must be trained and have relevant skills. Servo motor, reducer, ball spline screw, control box maintenance, maintenance, do not disassemble yourself to avoid affecting the operation, accuracy and life of the robot arm. If there are abnormal conditions, please contact our customer service.

    1. Housing cleaning

    Wipe the case with a clean and soft non-woven fabric. Check the body temperature before wiping to avoid burns.

    2. Spline screw lubrication

    The spline screw is exposed to the open environment for a long time, it is easy to be contaminated with dust, resulting in insufficient lubrication of the screw.
    When replenishing the screw rod, please run the screw rod to the bottom, disconnect the power supply of the control system, then wipe off the old grease on the screw rod, and evenly apply new grease.

    3. Reducer lubrication

    The grease of the reducer is completely sealed in its internal structure, and there will be no insufficient lubrication. However, the wear of the mechanical mechanism may cause abnormal noise and even poor positioning accuracy of the reducer. It is recommended to replace the grease when it reaches 8000 hours in total.
