The vibrating motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block is used to obtain the exciting force. The combination of the specially designed motor and the eccentric block makes the motor rotate. In the eccentric block, the exciting force is transmitted to the vibrating machine through the motor. The vibrating motor only needs to adjust the outer eccentric block to form a certain angle with the inner eccentric block, so that the exciting force can be adjusted steplessly.
The vibration motor can generate different vibration trajectories according to different installation combinations on the vibrating body, thereby effectively completing various operations. Similar to another vibration source vibrator of a vibrating machine, if a single vibrating motor is installed, a circular motion or an elliptical motion trajectory will be generated. If two identical models of the same speed but opposite steering are installed, a linear motion will occur. The trajectory can also be used according to the needs of two different types of vibration motors with different speeds. The equipment generates composite vibration trajectories, generally in the form of dual-frequency composite and double-width composite.
