    Tips: What Causes the Vibration Screening Motor to Burn Out?
    Vibrating screening equipment installation problem, because the vibration motor is equipped with heavier eccentric blocks at both ends, such as vertical or inclined installation (ie vertical or inclined horizontal plane), the bearing axial direction must bear the gravity of the eccentric block.     For your 60W asynchronous vibration motor, AC 110/220V, 1 Phase, 3600rpm. What type of speed controller came with the motor? Does it use pulse width modulation or some other method to reduce the rpm?

    The control principle of the speed controller is to change the frequency & voltage to adjust the motor speed. And for motor capacities above 200W. It will use a VFD, which can use pulse width modulation method to adjust the motor speed.
    Powerful Vibration Motor
    It was smaller than I expected, but the function didn't disappoint me. I bought 60W vibration motor as a sieve, very strong, I love this small vibration motor.
