7.5kW VFD E-01 Overcurrent Error on Startup

I’m working on an ATO GK3000 220V 7.5kW VFD that was installed last summer. This month, when I first turned the power on, the drive started right up with no issues. However, this morning when I tried to start the pump, the drive began its windup but then shut down with an E-01 error.
Last year, I was told that when this happens, I should shut off the main power and wait about a minute to let it reset. I did that, but now the pump doesn’t turn on. The drive display just flashes “60.0” on and off.
Is there a way to fully reset the drive so I can get my pump running again? Any advice is appreciated.

Hello Octavian, the E-01 error indicates overcurrent during acceleration.
    Suggestions:
    1. Check whether the pump load is stuck or difficult to start.
    2. Try extending the acceleration time in the parameters to reduce inrush current during startup.
We hope our answer helps you solve your problem. If you have any further questions, please continue to reply to this post, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
