Compression load cells have capacity range from 300kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 10 ton to 30 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Looking for a disc type compressive load cell capable of a max load of ~300kg. What outputs do your load cells have? What is the resolution/accuracy?

The output of our load cell is 0-20mV.
After purchasing our ATO load cell, you can buy our special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy our transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4 -20mA.

Will the compression load cell be calibrated before shipment?

If I order the load cell and the digital controller, would the equipment be ready to operate when received? I am aware that it need to be calibrated.
