10 ton load cell for universal testing machine
I customized one 10 ton load cell which is used for the universal testing machine. After the customer service staff patiently explained, I understood the resistance also needed to be customized. Now I receive my load cell and can use it directly after finishing connection! The load cell accuracy is very good, load cell is very good, and the after-sales is also very good!

Yes, the output voltage signal of the Load Cell will be affected by the magnetic field, it is propotional to strength of the magnetic field.
Question about deflection
What would the deflection of this load cell be at highest load rating for the 5 ton variant?

The deflection under the highest rated load of the load cell is about 0.3 mm.
Shock loads causing drift
Is there any knowledge of how much sudden shock loads cause drift in the load cell measurements?

Temperature and overload will affect, every 10 degrees of temperature change, a change of ±0.05%, more than 150% of the range, will also change.
Tension/compression load cell usage
Hello, I would like know if your tension/compression load cell ATO-LC-P02 works at 5Vdc excitation. I would like use this load cell with omron NX-RS1201 load cell input.

Yes, our load cell excitation voltage is 5-15VDC, and its output is about +/-25mV. So in order to get analog output signal, you will be needing to use transmitter.
Displacement of 500kg/30 tons to 100 tons load cell
SKU: ATO-LC-P02
Capacity: 5 tons.
Yes, I understand that, but I’m asking what the displacement (amount of movement from its original position) that the load cell experiences under maximum load.

The minimum measurement is 0.01t, and the minimum increment is also 0.01t.
Load cell not having a zero mV at zero load
i have received the ATO-LC-P02 (5000kg range) and the load cell mV output with zero load is never zero instead it starts at ~35mV range. I have measure the resistances as follow: e /e-=396ohm; e /s-=298ohm; e /s =295ohm; e-/s- 295ohm; e-/s = 298; s-/s =352ohm. The load cell seem to have a linear behavour. we have send it to the calibration lab and it seems the sensitivity isnt matching 2mV/V. The calibration lab has not reported the zero issue, but they have reported the following values; 12.4VDC voltage, 1000kg-2.145mV, 2000Kg-4.263mV; 3000Kg-6.289mV; 4000Kg-8.315mV; 5000kg-10.412kg. If you could please advise on what the issue could be.

1. Determine the zero output and power supply.
2. From this data, the sensor is linear. If the power supply is 5.4v, the output is just right.
Could you tell me the information about the true zero output and the total measurement error?
We received the first 4 load cells from our order this week. Unfortunately, we are missing the calibration sheet. Could you tell me the information about the true zero output and the total measurement error?

Unfortunately, we do Not provide calibration sheets.
1. You can measure the output of load cells using a multimeter with an mv file.
2. If the sensor is powered by 5-15V DC, we recommend 10V dc power supply.
Note: Please do not use it beyond the range, the definition of wiring is on the certificate. If you encounter any problems during the test, you can contact us at any time.
