Donut Load Cell, Through Hole, 5kg/10kg/20kg/50kg/100kg

After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

The mini donut load cell has a compact stainless steel design, strong resistance to off-center loads, and high-precision strain gauges for accurate measurements. Available in 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg, and 100kg ranges, it is oil-proof, water-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, with a hex-lock waterproof connector for secure, long-lasting performance.

Tips: How does the donut load cell works?

This load cell works by measuring the deformation of its stainless steel ring when a force is applied through the central hole. High-precision strain gauges bonded to the ring detect tiny changes in strain, which are converted into a proportional electrical signal via a Wheatstone bridge. This allows accurate measurement of weight or force, with the sensor’s sealed, corrosion-resistant design ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
