Hi all,
I’m putting together a simple force monitoring setup for a manual arbor press, and I wanted to sanity-check my parts list before placing the order.
I’m examining the ATO-LC-TC01 tension/compression load cell and pairing it with the ATO-DPM-LC5D display/controller to display the applied force while pressing.
Has anyone used this combination before? Are these two units directly compatible with each other?
Do I need anything else in between (signal amplifier, transmitter, etc.), or will the display drive the load cell on its own?
The goal is just a live force readout and maybe using the alarm outputs later for max-force limits. No PLC or automation planned.
Appreciate any input before I pull the trigger on this.
