After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

Sensitivity

I have an ATO-DYMH-107 unit that has already been calibrated, but I would like to verify something. What slope/gain range should I expect? The label states "Sensitivity: 1.1 mV/V."

If the 1.1 mV/V sensitivity shown on the sensor's label is the value obtained from actual production testing, then it is normal; the 1.5–2.0 mV/V figure is merely a reference range.

Wiring Location

Do you have a model where the data cable runs through the top/bottom? This ATO-LC-107 might work, but we need the data cable at the top/bottom, not the side, because the side connector doesn't meet our requirements.

Reliable threaded load cell
