    The DC reactor is mainly used for the DC side of the converter, and has more applications on general-purpose inverters. A DC current having an AC component flows through the reactor. The main purpose is to limit the AC component superimposed on the DC current to a specified value, keep the rectified current continuous, reduce the current ripple value, improve the input power factor, and suppress the harmonics generated by the converter.
