Movement Explanation

When the float down to the D position, in the position between D=3±1mm, the reed switches will be closed. Float ball reverses the opposite action.

Tips: Float liquid level sensor troubleshooting

Faults	Reasons	Solutions
The floating ball does not work.	The specific gravity of the liquid is less than the floating ball.	Reconfirm the specific gravity of the floating ball.
	The floating ball is leakage.	Replace the floating ball.
	Foreign matters stuck the floating ball.	Remove foreign matters.
Floating ball works but no signal output.	The position of the floating ball is offset.	Adjust the position of the floating ball.
Floating ball works but no signal output.	The magnetic spring switch is damaged.	Replace the magnetic spring switch.
Signal output is abnormal.	There is magnetic interference nearby.	Eliminate magnetic field.
The signal cannot be restored and the floating ball cannot be returned.	It got stuck by foreign matters.	Remove foreign matters.
There is two signal output at one point.	Ring position moved.	Adjust it.

I have two questions

Can this sensor be used in DI water? Can it handle high pressure 250psi?

1. We have Not tested it, so we are Not sure.
2. The maximum pressure it can withstand is 1MPa, i.e.145PSi.

Good experience

The user experience of this float level sensor is quite good. When I tested in the water tank, the sensor accurately detected changes in the liquid level, responded sensitively, and there was no delay. This sensor is particularly suitable for use in water tanks or liquid storage systems, as it can effectively monitor liquid levels and ensure safe operation.

Better than expected!

My old float level sensor failed so I needed a replacement quickly. I bought this float switch, it was inexpensive compared to the original one, but it worked great for me. Better than expected!

This float liquid level sensor works very well.

This is the nicest magnetic float level sensor I’ve ever bought. I used this with a small submersible water pump. Works very well. For the price, compared to other float switches, it is very good.
