    How to Use Electric Rebar Bender?

    As one of the rebar processing machines, the rebar bender has a working structure of a horizontal working disc that rotates on a vertical axis. The rebar is placed at corresponding positions, the supporting pin shaft is fixed on the machine tool, and the central pin shaft and the bending pin shaft are installed on the working disk. When the disk rotates, the rebar is bent. In order to bend rebars of various diameters, there are several holes on the working plate for inserting and pressing the bending pins, and the center pins of different diameters can also be replaced accordingly.

    Operation Steps

    1. Before starting the rebar bender machine, check whether the mechanical performance is good, ensure that the workbench and the bending machine are on the same level, and prepare various mandrel tool stops.
    2. According to the diameter of the processing rebar and the requirements of the rebar bender to install the mandrel, forming shaft, iron stop shaft, or variable stop frame. The diameter of the mandrel should be 2.5 times the diameter of the rebar.
    3. Check the mandrel, confirm that the stopper and the turntable are not damaged or cracked, and ensure that the protective cover is fastened reliably and that the work can only be done after the empty machine runs normally.
    4. When working, insert the end of the rebar that needs to be bent into the gap provided by the turntable, fix the other end close to the fuselage, and press it tightly with your hands. Check the fixation of the fuselage to ensure that it is on the side that blocks the rebar before starting.
    5. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, change the angle as well as adjust the speed, and not refuel or remove it.
    6. When bending rebars, it is strictly prohibited to process rebars that exceed the diameter, the number of roots, and the machine speed specified by the machine.
    7. When bending high-hardness or low-alloy rebars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the regulations on the mechanical nameplate, and the corresponding mandrel should be changed.
    8. It is strictly forbidden to stand people within the working radius of the bent rebar and on the unfixed side of the fuselage. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the hooks must not face upwards.
    9. When changing the direction of the turntable, it must be done after stopping.
    10. After the operation of the rebar bender is completed, the operation site should be cleaned up in time, the power supply can be cut off and the workbox can be locked after the staff carries out mechanical maintenance.
