Rebar Bender: Types, Structures and Working Principles

The rebar bender is an indispensable and important piece of equipment in construction engineering and steel structure engineering. It can quickly and accurately bend rebars into the required shape and is an essential tool for building steel structures. Today, ATO industrial automation will tell you about the structure and working principle of different types of rebar benders.

How to Use Electric Rebar Bender?

As one of the rebar processing machines, the rebar bender has a working structure of a horizontal working disc that rotates on a vertical axis. The rebar is placed at corresponding positions, the supporting pin shaft is fixed on the machine tool, and the central pin shaft and the bending pin shaft are installed on the working disk. When the disk rotates, the rebar is bent. In order to bend rebars of various diameters, there are several holes on the working plate for inserting and pressing the bending pins, and the center pins of different diameters can also be replaced accordingly. In this article, ATO industrial automation is going to tell the operation steps of our product electric rebar bender, which has an optional no-load power of 950W or 1300W.
