    Water Cooled Magnetic Particle Clutch Application

    Generally, the heat dissipation of magnetic particle clutch only relies on two aluminum back covers (self-cooling or air cooling/water cooling type), or other heat dissipation devices would be installed.

    The most common types of heat dissipation of magnetic particle clutch are self-cooling and water-cooling types. The self-cooling magnetic particle clutch uses its own aluminum cover for heat dissipation and surrounding air flow environment, while the water-cooling type relies on water to reduce the internal and surface temperature of the magnetic particle clutch, thus improving the application and performance of magnetic particle.

The water-cooled magnetic particle brake can put out high braking torque and slip frequency when it works, so it is widely used.

    Of course, the magnetic particle brake without water circulation is more convenient in operation and use. However, as the magnetic particle brake works, under the action of magnetic field, the magnetic particle chain is continuously formed and broken. Combined with the heat generated by the friction between the magnetic particle and the rotor, the stator, it is obvious that the ability to dissipate these heat by the shell alone is insufficient, so it is still required to equip one automatic water cycle system, so as to ensure to disperse the heat generated in the working process of the magnetic particle clutch.
