Cantilever beam load cells have capacity range from 200kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 3 ton, 5 ton to 10 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V,0~±10V, or 4-20mA.

Use of load cell

This is a torque cell, so it has both positive and negative torque. We are using the load cell amplifier. But the analog output (0-10V) of the amplifier is only positive. Instead, we also need output when the torque is negative. How do we do that?

For positive and negative display, you only need to exchange the two signal cables SIG+/SIG-, when the reaction torque sensor is connected to the digital load cell amplifier.

Yes, the digital display controller can be connected to multiple load cells by using the load cell junction box ATO-LCBOX-10I, which has optional 2-10 inlets and 1 outlet.
