The working principle of Diaphragm Dosing Pump

The electromagnetic force drives the connecting rod to drive the diaphragm to reciprocate in the pump head, causing the volume and pressure of the pump chamber to change and the pressure change causes the suction valve and the discharge valve to automatically open and close, thereby realizing the quantitative inhalation and discharge of chemicals. The rated flow of the ATO electromagnetic driven diaphragm metering pump is in the range of 1.08-31.2L/h, and the output pressure is 22.7-1.8 bar. The outlet flow of the pump can be realized according to the stroke frequency.
