Existing reviews of Industrial Vibration Sensor, RS485/4-20mA/0-5V/0-10V
I have a CNC machine tool and need to monitor its vibration during operation. I found your sensor, the ATO-SN-3001-N01, which has an RS485 model, and will be connecting it to my controller via RS485. I need confirmation that your sensor is suitable for CNC machines and industrial applications, as well as how to install and repair it.

Yes, this unit is suitable for CNC machines, including motor vibration frequency measurement. It comes with either a magnetic or threaded mounting option. Does it meet your requirements?
For current output (4-20 mA) and voltage output (0-5 V or 0-10 V), does it represent the effective value of vibration velocity (e.g. mm/s RMS) or the raw signal?

The current output (4-20 mA) signal or voltage output signal (0-5 V or 0-10 V) represents the real-time measurement value.
Useful industrial vibration sensor
This industrial vibration sensor is very useful. I use it for vibration detection of machine tools. The good display resolution ensures data presentation and can detect vibration changes in real time.
