Features

Carbon dioxide gas detector adopts high precision sensor for accurate gas leak detection.
Carbon dioxide gas detector is equipped with 3-wire system 4-20mA analog output, relay output, RS485 output (optional).
The CO₂ gas detector is compatible with various controlled alarms, PLC, DCS and other control system, and can be remote monitored.
Explosion-proof design, fast, relaible and stable.
Infrared ray controller can remote control the alarm point settings, zero calibration, and address modification.
Two-stage alarm with sound and light, and the alarm point is settable.
The carbon dioxide gas detector has self-calibration function, and three standard keys will be used to realize on-site maintenance.

Details

Tips: Precautions for carbon dioxide gas detector calibration.

The calibration personnel must be trained, understand the principle and performance of carbon dioxide gas detector, be proficient in operating skills, and hold a certificate.
The adjustment personnel must strictly follow the operating procedures.
CO₂ gas detector must be measured and appraised and can be used only after it is qualified.
Before calibrating the carbon dioxide gas detector, perform a visual inspection. Calibration can be started after confirming the appearance is intact.
CO₂ gas detector that needs to be calibrated should be warmed up for about 20 minutes. Zero the carbon dioxide gas detector in fresh air.
After the zero adjustment is completed, pass a standard gas sample with a concentration of about 1.0% according to the flow specified in the manual. Calibrate the displayed value of the carbon dioxide gas detector. The indicated value is consistent with the standard gas value and can be used after it is stable.

Working environment of gas detector

Hi, I was wondering if the handheld carbon monoxide (CO) gas detector would work in a hydrogen rich environment?

Generally, H2 and CO gases interfere with each other, and all sensors in the market can not do measurement without some little interference. But our gas detector sensor is of high quality, and the relative interference will be much smaller.

Questions about gas detection

I have one more question about the calibration of H2S gas. Do I need to have pure H2S gas or mixture of H2S CH4 also work?

Yes, for the calibration of H2S gas, it can use pure H2S gas (As long as the concentration of H2S does not exceed the gas detector) or mixture of H2S+CH4, both are ok.
