Fixed Ozone (O3) Gas Detector Details

Tips: Common faults of ozone gas detector.

    • If the ozone gas detector cannot be turned on, it is because the voltage is too low. The solution method is to connect the power supply or charge in time.
    • Indication value of the ozone gas detector is inaccurate, which is caused by the long-term uncalibrated detector and the sensor overtime. The solution is to replace the sensor.
    • When there is no O3 gas, interface of the ozone gas detector displays a value, which is caused by the drift of sensor, so the zero point calibration should be carried out in time.
    • If the normal detection interface of the ozone gas detector displays full scale, it is caused by a sensor failure. Replace the sensor in time
    • If the sensor of O3 gas detector drifts too much and the zero point calibration function is not available, the sensor should be calibrated or replaced in time.
    • Ozone gas detector does not respond to the detected O3. The possible cause is a circuit failure or the end of the life of the sensor. The treatment method is timely maintenance.

    Questions about ozone gas detector
For your ozone gas detector, does the internal pump work continuously? And what is the pump flow speed?
    From: Danl | Date: 08/12/2021
Was this review helpful? Yes No (0/0)
    ATO Responded
As long as the gas detector is detected, the pump must be on, and the flow speed of the pump is 700mg/min.
Problems related to ozone gas detector
We are interested in purchasing some of your ozone devices that have the 0-10 ppm range. We have a bunch of questions though:
What is the resolution? How low can it accurately read? Is there traceability/calibration?
    From: Theo | Date: 26/08/2021
Was this review helpful? Yes No (0/0)
    ATO Responded
    1. For ozone measuring range in 0-10 ppm, the resolution is 0.01 ppm, and the lowest accurate detection limit is 0.2 ppm.
    2. We will calibrate the gas detector before leaving the factory, using ozone generator 1:1 to calibrate, and provide the factory standard calibration report for your reference.
