Servo Motor for Rewinding Machine
Rewinding machine is widely in the re-winding operation and inspection operation of the material in plastics, printing, composite, coating, bag making, and coating film. With double servo automatic tension control, it can operate in the positive and reverse direction. At the same time, it has the fixed point memory stop function, which can quickly reverse to the defect position. The equipment is composed of the unreeling mechanism, take-up mechanism, deviation rectifying device, material delivery guide roller, photoelectric device, tension detection, synchronous strobeflash, length detection, operation interface, electrical control and other parts.
The servo motor drive is used in rolling and unreeling with double guide rolling and unreeling. The tension system adopts the servo driver special for tension. This system has fast response speed, strong capacity of resisting disturbance, all-digital sampling device, which can automatically compensate for the roundness error, roll diameter change, velocity change and other factors affecting the tension stability, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control of constant tension.
Tension system is as follows: The front and gear (rolling and unreeling) two pressure sensors detect the real-time tension and have closed-loop tension control. Tension is in the digital display, which is set on the touch screen. The tension can be flexibly adjusted. After 20 seconds, the main engine has the function of keeping the tension. After 20 seconds shutdown, the rolling and unreeling tension is maintained, and the independent tension switch function is equipped. The system is equipped with automatic stroboscope for observation of printing patterns. After identifying the defect mark, the machine needs to have automatic stop and the stop position must be stopped on the inspection platform. If the defect mark exceeds the inspection platform, the automatic reverse is needed to stop the defect mark on the inspection platform.
Defective stop positioning function: When the defects are found manually, the special defects stop button must be pressed and the defect position must be stopped near the inspection platform (the stop position can be set arbitrarily as required).
Bidirectional winding and it has the automatic stop function, which can avoid the edge light material. The A axis and B axis are driven by an independent servo motor and have the function of unwinding and rewinding (i.e. two-way rewinding) at the same time. It uses photoelectric sensor to control automatic stop function (manual fine tune detection stop diameter position). Maximum retractable speed is 300 m/min.
Characteristics of tension servo driver:
1. The tension servo driver has the functions of closed loop tension control and open taper control, and the driver has an open and closed loop algorithm. The user only needs to set parameters but no programming. The operation is easy.
2. It has the function of RS485 communication, which can communicate directly with touch screen or PLC.
3. It has the mechanical static friction compensation function, makes the system more stable and control higher. The users can set the compensation value by themselves. The use of open loop taper control can have direct control of the reeling under general condition, without using the PLC DA module and pressure sensor, which reduces the euquipment manufacturing and maintenance costs substantially and also improves the reliability of the equipment.

The work conidtions have higher requirement for the tension, such as the thin material with easy deformation, small tension control and high stability for tension.
