      BLDC motor works with a matching controller (ATO-KBL) may achieve simple to complex control, turn from CW to CCW, and meet various communication requirements (RS232, RS485, CAN, etc.). BLDC controller can be controlled through 0-5VDC analog signal to adjust the speed.

      Brushless DC motor works with a gearbox (choose inline gearbox or right angle gearbox with gear ratio from 3:1 to 200:1) effectively reduce the motor's speed and moment of inertia to increase torque in your application, because the gearbox can control the start/stop and change speed in time.

    1000W Brushless DC Motor Details

    Tips: Different Structure between BLDC motor and AC motor

    There is a coil in the AC motor. The resistance of this coil is generally not very high, which is around 100 ohms. Taking the phase shift as an example, it is divided into starting winding and operation winding.
    The internal structure of the brushless DC motor is mainly composed of the stator and the rotor. In the past, brush motors were used in most cases. There is a carbon brush on the rotor of the brush motor, and there is a Hall sensor on the motor. During the working process, it continuously and alternately contacts with the conversion plate, which generates an alternating electromagnetic field and continues to rotate. However, the later developed and designed DC brushless motors have no carbon brushes and are much smaller than AC motors and DC brushed motors in size, so many industrial equipment now use brushless DC motors.

    We would like more information about DC motor
    We are looking for more information on brushless DC motor- 24 VDC withholding with or without a right-angle gearbox.
    Based on our calculation, we have the following requirements:
    Speed: 30mm/s or 6 fpm
    Torque: 3775 Nm or 33400 lbs
    Power requirement: 2.5Hp minimum
    Holding brake requirement: 20 Nm
    Rotation speed and gear ratio:    1000 rpm / 200:1
    Higher speed is possible with an adapted gear ratio

    1. Output rated speed: 333rpm/min (1000rpm/3=333).
    2. Final rated torque: 27Nm (10NM×3×0.9=27, the output efficiency value of the gearbox can be between 0.9 and 0.96).

    The resistance and inductance of 1kW brushless dc motor can only be tested when the manufacturer produces it after the customer places an order.
    Great brushless dc motor kit for my job!
