    The ultrasonic thickness gauge is a thickness measuring instrument to test the thickness of materials according to the ultrasonic pulse reflection principle. The ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe passes through the measured object to reach the material interface and the pulse is reflected back to the probe, so the thickness of the material can be determined by accurately measuring the time that the ultrasonic wave propagates through the material. This measuring principle can be applied in the thickness measurement of various materials that enable ultrasonic waves to propagate inside at a constant speed.
