    Features

      10kW brushless DC motor is three phase electric motor, which especially suited for application requiring higher efficiency and power density.

      BLDC motor works with a matching controller (ATOTH-G) may achieve simple to complex control, turn from CW to CCW, and meet various communication requirements (RS232, RS485, CAN, etc.). BLDC controller can be controlled through 0-5VDC analog signal to adjust the speed.
    3. Wide control speed torque range
      Brushless DC motor works with a gearbox (choose inline gearbox or right angle gearbox with gear ratio from 3:1 to 200:1) effectively reduce the motor's speed and moment of inertia to increase torque in your application, because the gearbox can control the start/stop and change speed in time.

      Brushless DC motor has no brushes, no sparks will be generated during operation, which greatly reduces friction.

    10 kW 2000rpm powerful brushless DC motor features high torque, compact shape, low load noise and long service life. With its high power, it can be applied in industrial machinery, boat, car, traction motor, pump, bus A/C systems, etc. As no brush in brushless DC motor, the friction is greatly reduced during running, and spark radio interference also decreased. Generally, brushless DC motors are high efficiency, no spark in running and smooth operation. What's more, 50Nm high torque brushless DC motor is long life, low maintenance cost. There are no brushes in BLDC which will wear out or break and need to be replaced, which makes the BLDC much longer service life and inexpensive.

    1. ATO highly recommends 48V motors because all models of 48V are in stock, the price is cheaper and the delivery time is shorter, only about 7 days.
    2. 24V/ 72V/ 96V motors are generally not in stock, need to be produced by the factory, which will cost more to start the production line and the delivery time will be longer, about 25 days.

    This motor would fit our task quite well in theory, however we are required to run simulations of our system before the final decision in terms of what motor is to be used can be made.
    For this we need a value of the motors inductance and since I was not able to locate any such value in the provided data sheets, would you be able to provide this value for us?

    We do not provide specific torque, RPM and efficiency.
    What is the stall effiency of the motor 10kW BLDC motor?

    The brushless motor ATO-BLDC-10KR2 can not work at 144W, and the minimum power needs to be 1KW.
    High performance 10kW 96V BLDC motor
    10kW brushless DCmotor with smooth running, lots of power, have not had it long but so far it looks extremely well, it is used to spin a heavy flywheel.

    Unfortunately, it cannot be 48VDC due to high power capacity (10kW). It can be only 96V.
    Can ATO provide a 5hp BLDC motor?

    Yes, we can. The motor speed can be constant, and the controller with CAN is used to control the motor and, of course, the speed of the motor can be adjusted.

    The housing of the gearbox is made of die-cast aluminum, and the main material is made of KK alloy copper.

    No, this brushless motor cannot run at low speeds of 30 rpm for a long time, it should be more than 500rpm to get such required smooth and stability. But you can add a gearbox to get a 30 rpm speed operation for a long time and maintain required smooth operation and stability as well.
    Can ATO's brushless DC motors be customized?
    We require a 170 volt dc rating BLDC motor. My controller produces 170volts dc and requires a motor able to operate in that environment. Can you customize?
